Hello there! Thank you for stopping by! Chef KenKen here, the founder and lead chef of Dgee’s personal chef and catering services. I am known for my ability to prepare delicious Island fusion dishes.

 

Raised in the Caribbean I developed a passion for cooking at a young age as I helped in the kitchen with my family. The Islands upbringing introduced me to a host of amazing food types, cooking styles, and flavors that I now get to share with others.  I helped many friends by catering for them and their wonderful compliments and suggestions helped me expand my knowledge and my skills and become a full-time
chef.   Doing so meant that I needed more than my Island influence and the experience with my friends.


I enrolled and graduated from one of the country’s top culinary schools, the Auguste Escoffier Culinary Arts School and, to ensure my ongoing growth and joined the United States Personal chef Association.  Not only do I have ongoing learning opportunities, but I join a host of other chefs around the country who cooks in people’s homes.  The Association helps me protect you by providing our liability insurance and certification in food safety.

Our mission is to provide affordable, and high-quality services. Our trained and passionate Chef believed in using simple fresh, local, and in-season ingredients and preparing them in a way that allows their flavors to shine.
