Business Policies
Deposits
A 25% deposit is required at the time of event booking.The deposit is based on the projected total invoice for your event. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment
Balance (invoice total minus deposit) is due 2 weeks before completion of the service.
Deadlines
There will be no additions to the headcount within 8 days of the event.The menu plan must be approved at least 7 days in advance of the event date. Allergies or dietary restrictions of a guest are needed with a minimum of 8 days' notice.
Kitchen
Dgees Catering will require access to your kitchen at least 5 hours prior to the event start time. You will have a clean kitchen with previously agreed upon counter space available. All appliances will be in working order. Cooking utensils will be provided by the chef.
Pots, pans, and assorted element needs will be pre-arranged per agreement.
Dgees catering will leave the kitchen as clean as when arrived. For insurance and safety, no guests may mingle or loiter in the kitchen while we are cooking.
Services not available
Dgees Catering is not a licensed alcohol distributor. We are unable to purchase or serve alcoholic beverages.
Additional Services
Dgees Catering will arrange special equipment or décor rentals at additional cost. Dgees Catering will plate and serve all beverages and meals, per agreement terms. Dgees Catering will assist with locating a licensed alcohol distributor/bartender.
Additional Services
Requires a fee. Dgees Catering will remain past the event to clean up at additional cost (2 hour maximum) Dgees Catering will set the table professionally, according to event format.
Assistants
Dgees Catering will hire additional help as needed for cooking and serving services.
